Characteristics and advantages:

 This product is a polymer type dispersant with excellent dispersion performance of carbon black, inorganic pigments and organic pigments, significantly shortening the grinding and dispersing process, efficiently reducing the pigment grinding viscosity, excellent color spreading performance and covering ability; it is the best choice for dispersing high pigment carbon black such as FW200, 5000, SB6, etc., and has excellent dispersion performance for other hard-to-disperse carbon black and organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue.
Excellent pigment wettability, no recoarse, can reach the spatial site resistance effect to effectively prevent pigment flocculation and settlement, due to the tiny particle size of dispersed pigments, the system can obtain excellent chromaticity and glossiness.

Application area: Suitable for solvent-based and UV-curable coating ink systems.

Application:

 For carbon black and organic pigments. To achieve the desired effect, the pigment and dispersant are added together to the ground base mixture and then ground.
Titanium dioxide: 0.1-3%
Inorganic pigments: 0.5-5%
Organic pigments: 10-40%
Carbon black 10-40%
Add this product before grinding
